Patient Management is a repository of the study/ studies and patients that the Site Admin is managing. Within each study a Site Admin can filter by Subject ID, Enrollment Status, Milestone Type, Timepoint, Milestone Status and Milestone Scheduled Date for Active Studies. You will also be able to see all the details of the milestones for the study for example, Timepoint, Status, Completion Date and Actions related to each Milestone.
Click on the ‘Patient Management’ icon on the menu on the left side of page.
When you click on the ‘Patient Management’ icon, you will be presented with the below screen. Here you will see the Active Studies that the Site Admin has been assigned to.
If you click on the ‘Down Arrow’, you will see the details of the patients who have joined the study. Notice at this point that there are no patients yet.
Once a patient has joined the study, you will see the details for each patient. Notice that all of the patients are ‘Pending Enrollment’ and that the Patient Consent shows ‘Complete Consent'. Pending Enrollment means a patient has registered an account in the Patient Engagement application with the registration link, or clicked on '+Interested in a Study?' in their previously created account and put in the invite code and expressed interest in the study. The consent document for this study is available to the patient but they have not competed it yet, hence their enrollment is pending.
You can see that patient’s that have a pending enrollment status do not have a subject ID yet, one will be assigned when they have been approved for enrollment in the study.
