You can navigate to the ‘Get Help' screens by clicking on the Patient Name to expand the dropdown and then clicking on the ‘Get Help’ dropdown. This will give you the option to read the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’, ‘User Guide’ and ‘Contact Us’ if necessary.
