Target RWE’s Allison Chandler Named One of Triangle Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”

VP of Compliance & Legal Affairs Picked Among  200+ Nominations

The Triangle Business Journal (TBJ) recently announced the winners of their annual 40 Under 40 award. Target RWE’s Allison Chandler, JD, Vice President of Compliance & Legal Affairs was recognized out of more than 200 nominations for her contributions to our area as a strong community to work and live.

“Allison has been a constant guiding force for her team members and our entire company as it has grown from a headcount, business offerings, and client perspective – especially during the pandemic as we transitioned to a fully remote working environment,” said Derek Evans, CEO of Target RWE. “As one of Target RWE’s original employees, Allison’s work has opened the door for new offerings and opportunities that have underscored our company’s position as a real-world evidence solutions leader. This was a well-deserved nomination, so we are very excited for her award, and we are very grateful for her leadership and hard work.”

The TBJ calls for nominations each year for a series of awards local to the Raleigh-Durham region, including its 40 Under 40 award that “honors the brightest, most promising young business people under the age of 40 in the Triangle.” The winners were selected by a panel of external judges and reviewed by TBJ.

Winners were under the age of 40, hold a leadership role of importance in their organization, made significant achievements in their career in 2021, have substantial involvement in community service outside of the performance of their day-to-day job, and live in the Greater Triangle area.

In addition to her leadership at Target RWE, Allison’s commitment to community involvement was a factor in her receiving this award. She has volunteered for the SECU Family House for a number of years, been a part of the Raleigh Women Leaders organization, and has supported her children’s school, Durham Academy. Allison has continued her education to grow her professional career as Target RWE has grown, and she has been accepted to the Oxford University Executive MBA program beginning this fall. As a mother of three, Allison teaches her children important values through her stellar example of the importance of grit, having a growth mindset, and perseverance in achieving personal and business goals.

Congratulations, Allison!
