Sriram Krishnan serves as Chief Product Officer at Target RWE, where he leads the company’s product vision to expand and evolve its real-world evidence and data-driven research capabilities. With more than two decades of experience in digital health and artificial intelligence, Sriram brings deep expertise in building and commercializing transformative healthcare products that drive measurable patient impact.
Before joining Target RWE, Sriram served as Chief R&D Officer at Carenostics, an early-stage company developing AI-driven clinical decision support tools for chronic disease management. Under his leadership, the company’s innovations were recognized as a “Rising Star in AI” at HLTH 2023. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of AI at ConcertAI, where he built and scaled a global organization focused on real-world data, advanced analytics, and AI-driven clinical and commercial solutions that improved patient engagement and adherence.
Earlier in his career, Sriram held senior leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers, KPMG, and Deloitte, where he led the development and commercialization of advanced imaging, analytics, and healthcare IT solutions. He has guided multiple products from concept through FDA clearance and commercialization, consistently integrating cutting-edge technology with clinical insight to improve outcomes.
A recognized leader in healthcare AI, Sriram holds 28 issued patents and has authored over 30 scientific publications in machine learning, biomedical imaging, and digital health. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where his research focused on medical ultrasound and computer-aided diagnosis.
