Laura serves as a Director, Clinical Operations and currently leads the TARGET-IBD and TARGET-DERM communities. Prior to joining Target RWE, Laura spent 10 years at AHRM Inc., as a Clinical Research Associate, Sr. Project Manager and Director of Clinical Services and Project Management. Laura has also held positions of Protocol Data Manager, Lead Data Manager and Coordinating Data Manager on trials with the International Breast Cancer Study Group, while employed at Frontier Science and Technology Research Foundation in Amherst, NY.

From study design and protocol development through database lock and study close-out, Laura has experience leading and directing diverse study teams, as well as monitoring and data managing Phase I - Phase IV and HEOR studies spanning the pharmaceutical, medical device and medical foods industries. She received her BS in Human Services from Hilbert College in Hamburg, NY and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.
