The enrollment status indicates whether the patient has a pending enrollment, pending validation, pending approval, enrolled, denied, or withdrawn status.

If you click on the ‘Down Arrow’, to the left of the Study, it will expand the study site and display the patients that the Site Admin will be managing within that study. Notice that 4 patients have expressed interest in the study.

Once a patient has expressed interest in the study, you will see a ‘Pending Enrollment’ status next to their name in the Patient Management screen. This document will guide the Site Admin as to what tasks they need to complete. Patients are not assigned a Subject ID until they have been approved for enrollment in the study. Once they are enrolled in the study, Site Admins will see the participants Subject ID in the left column.

Note: Different participants may have different actions available based on their Enrollment Status. We will see this further in the document.
