If a patient chooses to Withdraw their Consent, then the Site Admin will be notified via email stating ‘Withdrawal Consent’. At this point, the Site Admin needs to either Approve or Deny the patient's withdrawal from the study. Notice that the Enrollment Status is in ‘Pending Withdrawal’ and the Site Admin will receive a ‘Withdrawal Pending’ email and an ‘Enrollment Withdrawn’ email.

Note: The Pending Withdrawal Status has the following actions that can be taken.

  1. Confirm Withdrawal
  2. Enrollment Log
