If you click on the ‘Print Consent' icon, you will be able to print a blank hardcopy of the consent form. This is useful for cases where the Patient is unable to consent digitally. The Site Admin can then work with the patient to fill out any necessary information related to the consent form. You can then choose to ‘Print’ or ‘Cancel’ the printing of the consent form.
